THE KITESHOP RETURN POLICY

We at The KITESHOP guarantee our customers satisfaction in the water. Products purchased from The KITESHOP, returned within (14) days from the day of purchase, unused and undamaged will receive a store credit for the full amount equal to the purchase price. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for a returned product. Any product being returned must be sent in it’s original packaging accompanied by an (R.A .#)on both the invoice and on the outside of the box. With out all of these requirements, a return will not be accepted.
